We offer as a standard a comprehensive, five year, !00% workmanship warranty. Roofing materials are covered under separate manufacturer's warranties traditionally, however, we go a step further than any other roofer if warranty assistance is ever needed.
A major warranty on anything is only as good as the company that stands behind their warranty. Due to our long term presence in the Metro Denver roofing market, we have established strong relationships and extensive lines of credit with the largest local building materials distribution companies in Metro Denver, which by the nature of the business have strong relationships with their suppliers. We have in turn obtained factory installation certifications from some major manufacturers as well, such as GACO FLEX and Owens Corning. It is in part these close relationships between the installation companies and the manufacturers that reassures the factory warranty service representatives that we know what we are talking about and what we are doing with their products, when representing our clients that may be challenging a materials warranty.
A major warranty issue in the roofing industry is the FACTORY, or Material, warranty coverage. If a roofing company mixes and matches different components from different companies, low price can be achieved but quality, and thus the warrant ability of the roofing job, can be compromised. If the manufacturer of the roofing material, for example, disallows a particular patching compound used for repairs they claim cannot be used with their product, then the roof warranty may be void.
